The next day when Karuppasamy happened to continue his play at mid-night this time the elder brother did not opened the door instead he asked the human to put his hand beneath the door, when he did, the elder brother punched the hand with the heated steel rod which he readily prepared for this situation. Now the family in fearsome state as elder brother fallen sick, thought it might me be some unravelling spirit troubling the family. The same event continued on the next day too but both these days elder brother can only see the shadow of the human could not clearly view the human whom he follow to the field. While the family scared of this surprise, one night when two of the brothers in the family were at home, during mid-night lord Karuppasamy in the form of human voice stood outside the house called elder brother to pump water in the field, to the surprise again water was pumped within few hours. Not knowing the lord in the form of stone, a nearby family took the stone and started using it as a counter weight in pump foe for field cultivation, for their surprise the amount of water that should be pumped in 4 days was pumped easily within few hours.
